Hear Well Be Well seeks a qualified Hearing Instrument Specialist or Dispenser who completed an internship. You will assess hearing needs, explain results, recommend solutions, and provide ongoing support. Experienced clinical and management teams offer guidance, collaboration, training, and mentorship.

- Review client histories, results, devices, and outstanding concerns
- Conduct hearing evaluations and explain results clearly
- Recommend solutions matching needs, lifestyles, preferences, and budgets
- Fit, program, and troubleshoot hearing aids
- Complete clinical records and funding documentation accurately
Requirements:
- Completed Hearing Instrument Specialist internship
- Current AHIP membership in good standing
- Ontario qualifications required for the role
- Confidence with assessments, recommendations, fittings, programming, and troubleshooting
- Strong listening, organization, documentation, and follow-up skills
Support personalized hearing care through evaluation, fitting, troubleshooting, and respectful communication with Meaford clients.
