Apply real estate accounting expertise at HOOPP, working with Yardi, Oracle, external managers, and complex property transactions across global markets. The Senior Analyst, Real Estate supports HOOPP’s $17.7 billion portfolio across North America and Europe. This senior accounting professional records transactions, validates financial data, and addresses varied reporting and foreign exchange considerations. The position also guides two Analysts and supports Investment Management. Key Responsibilities:
Record acquisitions, dispositions, ownership changes, and complex accounting transactions Review manual month-end entries and reconcile Yardi-to-Oracle data Analyze external manager data for completeness, accuracy, and compliance Guide, mentor, and approve work completed by two Analysts Prepare audit working papers, financial statements, and variance analysis Requirements:
University degree in Business, Finance, or related discipline Qualified accountant with CPA designation Five to ten years’ real estate operations experience Property and investment accounting experience, preferably through management Strong analytical, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills Use Yardi, accounting expertise, and leadership skills to support accurate real estate reporting at HOOPP.
