As a Member Services Representative, you will assist members with their banking needs while recommending tailored financial products and solutions. You'll play a key role in maintaining operational accuracy and compliance. Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships by assessing member needs and recommending solutions
- Provide proactive financial advice via in-person, phone, and email
- Resolve member concerns with sound judgment
- Promote and upsell Credit Union products effectively
- Open and close member accounts accurately
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year cash-handling experience
- Superior customer service skills in challenging situations
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Must be bondable
