Key Responsibilities:
- Provide care for a wide range of emergencies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on complex cases
- Participate in teaching initiatives and residency programs
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the department
- Foster strong relationships with consultants and specialists
Requirements:
- MD with FRCPC in Emergency Medicine or CCFP-EM
- Eligible for BC medical licensure (CPSBC)
- Previous experience in a busy ED setting
- Valid ACLS, ATLS, and PALS certifications
- Interest in pediatric emergency medicine preferred
