SAP BRIM support leadership and project management define this full-time opportunity, spanning production operations, enhancements, and operational governance. This experienced SAP BRIM Support Lead / Project Manager oversees Order-to-Cash and Lead-to-Cash monetization support. The work combines functional knowledge of SOM, CC, CI, and RAR with ITIL governance, incident resolution, and delivery management. You will coordinate blended teams and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Level 2 and Level 3 SAP BRIM production support
- Track MTTA, MTTR, SLA compliance, backlog, and first-time-fix rates
- Escalate Priority 1 and 2 billing incidents
- Manage release cadences, change requests, and enhancements
- Coordinate requirements, testing, cutover, and stabilization
Requirements:
- Eight-plus years of IT delivery or support experience
- Four-plus years working in SAP BRIM environments
- Three-plus years leading projects or application maintenance services
- Depth in at least two BRIM components
- Experience with ITIL, ServiceNow, Jira, or SAP Solution Manager
