Lead accounting operations at Havenly in Denver, overseeing financial reporting, close processes, and controls from the office. Drive accurate reporting across a growing home brands portfolio. As Vice President, Accounting & Controller, you will report to the CFO and partner with leadership. You will oversee billing, A/R, A/P, general ledger, payroll, fixed assets, and revenue recognition. The position also covers audits, tax filings, accounting policies, and financial insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize accounting operations, close processes, and audit procedures
- Ensure timely financial reporting, compliance, and statutory filings
- Coordinate annual financial and contract audits
- Lead accounting professionals through guidance and mentoring
- Improve controls, policies, procedures, and financial reporting
Requirements:
- CPA designation and 10+ years progressive accounting experience
- At least five years supervising or managing accounting professionals
