As HubSpot Operations Manager, you will manage Sales Hub workflows, sequences, properties, pipelines, reporting, and integrations across multiple brands. You will find root causes, maintain reliable customer journeys, and translate business needs into scalable automation. The role supports teams handling customers through swatch orders, studio visits, calls, chats, texts, trade sign-ups, and web forms. Key Responsibilities:
Audit workflows, sequences, triggers, stages, records, and integrations Manage multi-brand HubSpot architecture across shared and separate portals Maintain data governance, deduplication, naming, ownership, and assignments Provide same-day support, document fixes, and train teams Build routing, communications, dashboards, and evolving automation Requirements:
Three or more years administering HubSpot hands-on Experience with workflows, sequences, properties, pipelines, and reporting Experience managing multiple brands, business units, or portals Direct sales support, pipeline management, and deal-stage design experience Curiosity about AI-assisted tools and willingness to adopt them Bring HubSpot administration, data governance, routing, and automation expertise to Havenly’s multi-brand customer operations in Denver.
