You will define portal rules, customer ownership, lifecycle logic, subscription types, pipelines, and properties. Your work connects sales, retail, and marketing teams with customers arriving through varied entry points. Key Responsibilities:
Separate brands cleanly within shared HubSpot portals Keep brand structures consistent across independent portals Define ownership, lifecycle, subscription, pipeline, and property rules Investigate duplicate records, skipped triggers, and failed synchronizations Maintain integrations with Dialpad, Magento, and data warehouse systems Requirements:
Three or more years of hands-on HubSpot administration Experience with Sales Hub workflows, sequences, and custom properties Experience explaining shared-account and separate-account tradeoffs Experience designing online, in-store, and phone lead routing High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy Apply HubSpot architecture, governance, and integration expertise to reliable operations across Havenly Brands’ growing portfolio.
