Hatch in Western Canada is seeking a Substation Lead to guide the design of high voltage substation facilities from 4.16kV to 500kV, ensuring safety, constructability and technical compliance across projects.
You will lead a multidisciplinary team, deliver accurate drawings, coordinate with protection & controls, civil, structural and field teams, and mentor junior engineers while supporting business development and client presentations. Occasional travel to client sites is expected.
