Apply structural engineering expertise to modularization, constructability, and industrial project delivery with Hatch’s global Project Delivery Group. Support safe, practical solutions. This Structural Engineer role supports mining, energy, infrastructure, metals, and industrial projects. You will contribute across feasibility, FEED, and detailed engineering phases. Work includes modularization strategy, industrial structures, transportation, lifting, installation planning, and module yard activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support modularization studies, constructability reviews, and transportation assessments
- Develop module layouts and contribute to installation planning
- Prepare calculations, specifications, data sheets, memos, and reports
- Participate in design reviews and multidisciplinary execution planning
- Support fabrication yards, site visits, and construction workshops
Requirements:
- Recognized civil or structural engineering degree
- Professional Engineer or Candidate Professional Engineer registration
- Approximately four to eight years of relevant engineering experience
- Understanding of modularization, construction, installation, and transportation considerations
- Experience with STAAD.Pro; Mathcad or SAP2000 familiarity beneficial
- Bring structural design, modular construction, and industrial project experience to Hatch’s multidisciplinary engineering and project delivery team.
