Harrison Pensa is currently recruiting a Lawyer to join our Restructuring, Insolvency and Bankruptcy practice group. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to practice with expert and highly regarded practitioners on complex matters. Our team prioritizes our relationship with clients, and it is our top priority to resolve their legal issues. The ideal candidate will have four to six years of experience in Insolvency or Litigation practice, and be a collaborative, highly organized, detail-oriented team player.
Key Responsibilities of the role would include:
- Drafting and vetting documentation;
- Handling various Insolvency and Commercial litigation matters;
- Advising clients on all aspects of bankruptcy, insolvency, restructuring, and litigation;
- Representing clients and stakeholders in court proceedings;
- Other Restructuring, Insolvency and Bankruptcy-focused legal services.
We offer a salary commensurate with experience and a collegial environment. The expected compensation range for this role is between $110,000 and $140,000. There may be opportunity for additional earnings in compensation and bonus through evaluations of performance, productivity, and practice growth and development.
