Your responsibilities as a Food Service Supervisor:
- Supervise all activities related to the ready‐to‐eat department;
- Ensure the quality and presentation of food products;
- Order and manage required ingredients and supplies;
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards;
- Organize work schedules and tasks for the ready‐to‐eat team;
- Participate in inventory and merchandising of food products.
To become a Food Service Supervisor, you need:
- A vocational diploma (DEP) in cooking;
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
