The Account Processing Associate reports to the Senior Manager, Operations, while monitoring workflows, resolving documentation deficiencies, and supporting service inquiries.
Success requires organization, detail orientation, and dependable communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor NBIN dashboards and act on documentation statuses
- Quality-check data processed through NBIN systems
- Escalate outstanding documentation deficiencies for timely resolution
- Follow up on accounts exceeding standard NBIN service levels
- File, organize, and reconcile new account documentation
Requirements
- Degree studies in Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Previous corporate experience considered an asset
- Previous NBIN back-office process knowledge considered an asset
- Securities brokerage firm experience considered an asset
- Positive, professional, and friendly attitude
