Harbourfront Wealth seeks a Client Services Associate on a 12–18 month contract. You will support Client Portfolio Managers with account openings, client relationship management, and coordinated client-facing activities. The position suits someone with administrative or client-support experience, strong organization, and excellent communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to clients, advisors, and Client Portfolio Managers
- Complete new account openings and annual account maintenance
- Prepare, schedule, and organize client meetings
- Review and deliver accurate client reports and documents
- Support business development initiatives, events, and process improvements
Requirements:
- Three or more years of administrative or client-support experience
- Financial services or wealth management experience preferred
- CIRO Investment Representative or Registered Representative registration
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency and confidentiality with sensitive information
