Lead ICI electrical construction projects across the Greater Toronto Area with expertise in budgets, schedules, procurement, and field coordination. This senior Electrical Project Manager position suits professionals with 7–10+ years of electrical construction experience. You will manage commercial, industrial, and institutional projects from award through close-out. The work centers on delivery, client expectations, quality, schedules, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage electrical projects from award through completion and close-out
- Oversee schedules, budgets, procurement, subcontractors, and field coordination
- Review shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and documentation
- Coordinate site supervisors, electricians, clients, consultants, and stakeholders
- Monitor costs, billings, forecasting, progress, and project performance
Requirements:
- 7–10+ years of electrical construction and ICI project management
- Understanding of commercial, industrial, and institutional electrical systems
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontractors
- Familiarity with the Ontario Electrical Code and industry standards
- Strong organizational, leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
