The housekeeper will maintain the occupied and unoccupied rooms and bathrooms as well as the common areas of the residence.
Tasks
- Weekly room cleaning
- Ensures their trolley contains the necessary products and materials
- Wash sink, toilet, mirror and bath
- Change towels and bedding once a week
- Vacuum cleaner/floor washing
- Empty garbage cans
- Dusting of furniture and frames (schedule)
- Maintenance of common areas
- Sweep and wash floors/vacuum cleaners (e.g. living room, dining room, etc.) to ensure cleanliness
- Dusting of furniture and frames
- Wash sink, toilet, mirror and public toilet bath
- Empty garbage cans
- Washes "fixtures", stains on walls and floors
- Replaces toilet paper and paper towels and checks soap dispensers
- Cleans windows and glass doors according to schedule.
- Maintain indoor plants as required

- Folding of laundry room
- Any other tasks that may be requested by management
Qualities required
- Level of education: High school
- Be autonomous in their work organization (supply, schedule, ensure agreed project delivery times) and the execution of their tasks
- Be comfortable with seniors' clientele
- Ability to work alone or in teams
- Know the use of tools for safety and effectiveness
- Assess and manage daily priorities of requests from supervisor
- Be courteous and respectful, not give favours or accept tips
- Physically fit and able to lift 22.7 kg (50 lbs)
