Handyman Connection has sub-contract opportunities for individuals or teams of two (2) to build or repair decks and fences in Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge and Guelph. We are looking to speak with an experienced craftsman in Kitchener-Waterloo, Cambridge and Guelph who has experience as a Deck and Fence Builder.

Job Summary:
- Design, plan and building of decks and fences.
- Deck and fence repairs and rebuilds
- Deck resurfacing
- Fence post repair
- Determine and clearly identify proper materials and material quantities for new and existing projects.
- Evaluate customer requests, price projects, troubleshoot customer issues and present a description of a work order to a customer.
Job Requirements:
- Competency in general building trades.
- Valid Ontario driver's license and insurance
- Your own tools, vehicle and references
- Must pass screening process
- Your own smart phone and Internet access
- Please, no project managers or primarily new construction.
