This Senior Business Analyst supports complex enterprise technology initiatives across SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, and other applications. You will lead discovery, requirements elicitation, solution design, procurement, testing, and change management activities. The role supports Halton Region’s Digital First strategy through collaboration with stakeholders, project managers, technology partners, and vendors. Key Responsibilities:
Collect and document functional and non-functional requirements Lead discovery, journey mapping, and design workshops Develop BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and traceability matrices Create process diagrams, data flows, and conceptual models Coordinate testing and validate configured systems Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, mathematics, statistics, or related fields At least five years of work-related experience Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills Knowledge of waterfall and agile project management lifecycles Experience supporting quality assurance and organizational change management Apply senior business analysis expertise across requirements, enterprise applications, testing, and digital transformation initiatives at Halton Region.
