Halo Car Wash is looking for a full-time Customer Service Associate to enhance our customer interaction at our Southdale location. In this role, you'll help create a positive environment, educating customers and ensuring their needs are met. You'll rotate through various stations, maintaining the site while following health and safety guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and support customers at every wash stage
- Address customer concerns promptly and effectively
- Maintain excellent site conditions through cleaning and repairs
- Follow all health and safety protocols rigorously
- Perform additional assigned tasks as required
Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
- Reliable work ethic and good judgment
- Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
- Minimum high school diploma; post-secondary preferred
- Previous customer service experience is an asset
