In this position, you will report to the Corporate Controller and handle vital processes that include invoice preparation, collections administration, and month-end reconciliations. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage customer invoices accurately
- Follow up on overdue accounts and resolve payment issues
- Conduct month-end closes and reconciliations
- Assist with audit preparations as necessary
- Create AR aging reports to track payments
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years in a relevant accounting role
- Secondary education in Accounting preferred
- Familiarity with accounting systems advantageous
- Must live in the Lower Mainland of BC
- Construction industry experience valued
