BD Hall Constructors is looking for two skilled Construction Drill 1 classified operators. In this role, you will be responsible for operating drilling machines while conducting inspections and ongoing maintenance of equipment. A leader on the site, you will train junior staff and enforce strict adherence to safety standards and quality controls for all projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate specialized drilling rigs for foundations
- Perform pre-operation inspections of drilling machines
- Set up and stake out drilling patterns accurately
- Supervise and train drill helpers and laborers
- Communicate safety issues and maintain compliance
Requirements:
- At least 5 years working as a Construction Driller
- Experience with different drilling environments and conditions
- Valid Class 5 BC Driver's License
- Understanding of site drawings and compliance protocols
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
