You have the following qualifications, technical and interpersonal skills:
- Qualifications: 5 years experience in excavation construction
- Technical Skills: You are able to manage and organize a crew and their work for daily success. You are able to understand job costing, coding, input productions, and hours worked. You have a clear understanding of workplace safety and are an advocate for quality work. You can plan work one week in advance and support superintendent objectives.
- Interpersonal Skills: Great attitude towards safety, strong leadership qualities and problem-solving skills, effective verbal and written English communication skills, ability to excel in a team atmosphere, exceptional customer service, results-oriented, desire to grow within our organization.
