The Site Superintendent serves as the senior field leader for assigned projects. You will translate plans into execution while coordinating labour, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and field teams. The position works with the Project Manager to achieve project requirements and HMS standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all field operations for assigned mechanical projects
- Coordinate labour, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
- Monitor productivity, schedules, milestones, and project execution
- Conduct site walks, field reviews, and coordination meetings
- Support startup, commissioning, turnover, and field accountability
Requirements:
- Extensive field leadership experience in mechanical construction
- Experience leading large field teams and multiple supervisors
- Demonstrated success delivering complex projects
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems
- Trade Certification, construction education, or Gold Seal Certification preferred or considered an asset
