Lead mechanical construction projects at Hall Mechanical Services, using financial management and contract administration expertise across assigned project lifecycles. The Project Manager owns business performance and delivery from startup through completion and warranty turnover. This leadership role covers project controls, forecasting, procurement, risk management, client relationships, and administration. You will partner with Superintendents and Project Coordinators to support successful execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own project gross margin and cost-to-complete forecasts
- Manage budgets, financial reports, risks, and cash flow
- Develop schedules, execution plans, and project milestones
- Administer contracts, change orders, claims, and notices
- Provide leadership to Project Coordinators and site teams
Requirements:
- Experience managing residential, commercial, institutional, and mixed-use projects
- Strong understanding of financial project management
- Knowledge of plumbing and HVAC construction systems
- Proficiency in project controls, contract administration, and forecasting
- Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related education preferred
