As Senior Manager, Capital Project Delivery, you will lead delivery for most Halifax Water capital projects. Reporting to the Director, Engineering & Capital Infrastructure, you will shape practices, select methodologies, and address contractual and construction matters with internal and external partners. Civil Engineering post-secondary degree Professional Engineer designation Seven years of related municipal engineering experience Progressively responsible career experience Direct supervisory experience Use your Professional Engineer designation and municipal leadership background to guide procurement, construction, and capital project delivery.
