Lead Haivision’s cloud, server, infrastructure, and endpoint environments as Director of Information Technology, guiding secure and reliable operations. Shape technology decisions across global offices and remote locations. Reporting to the Vice President, Information Systems, you will lead Helpdesk, Infrastructure, and Networking teams. The role covers Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, identity, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365, and enterprise networking. You will own corporate infrastructure from architecture and deployment through maintenance and retirement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute IT strategy aligned with business, growth, and security requirements
- Lead Helpdesk, Infrastructure, and Networking teams across offices and remote locations
- Own cloud, server, identity, endpoint, and corporate infrastructure lifecycle
- Oversee backup, business continuity, disaster recovery, and restoration testing
- Lead major incident response and corporate infrastructure security operations
Requirements:
- Ten or more years of progressive IT experience
- At least five years in an IT leadership role
- Expertise in Microsoft enterprise infrastructure and public-cloud platforms
- Deep knowledge of enterprise cloud, servers, identity, and endpoints
- Fluency in French and English with excellent communication skills
