As Director of Recruiting, you will source, vet, and close talent for Amazon, ecommerce, marketing, operations, product, and leadership roles. You will own pipelines, run first-round interviews, and deliver hiring reports. The position combines recruiting leadership, employer branding, and channel optimization. Key Responsibilities:
Manage recruiting pipelines across every open role Source candidates through LinkedIn, Workable, communities, referrals, and networks Run Culture Index, case studies, and first-round interviews Optimize sourcing channels and build recurring-role shortlists Manage agencies, reviews, reports, and reference checks Requirements:
Three to five-plus years of full-cycle recruiting experience Experience closing difficult hires personally Hiring experience across marketing, operations, Amazon, ecommerce, product, and leadership Confidence representing a brand on camera Experience with structured interviews, test projects, and case studies Bring recruiting ownership, sourcing expertise, and structured evaluation skills to Hadley Designs’ growing talent engine.
