Build affiliate programs across TikTok Shop, Amazon, and Shopify Set tiers, commissions, incentives, economics, and tracking Coach creators, run calls, and provide clear feedback Recruit, grow, and retain top-performing affiliates Run systems using CRM, processes, and AI workflows Requirements:
Three-plus years in affiliate or influencer marketing Scaled an affiliate or creator program for an e-commerce brand Hands-on experience with at least two named platforms Strong understanding of commissions, creator costs, and margin Experience coaching creators and leading sourcing teams Apply your affiliate economics, creator coaching, and systems expertise to grow profitable sales across Hadley Designs channels.
