You will prototype features, lead functional and integration workstreams, and support customer transformation. The work spans backend and frontend development, solution design, estimation, and technical delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prototype and validate Guidewire Cloud features in customer environments
- Capture customer use cases and requirements while validating solutions
- Own backend and frontend development across the technology stack
- Lead functional and integration workstreams through quality delivery
- Mentor junior consultants on methodology, best practices, and delivery
Requirements:
- Five-plus years in technology consulting, solution development, or P&C insurance
- At least one year of hands-on Guidewire implementation experience
- Full-stack development experience with CI/CD, DevOps, testing, and packaging
- Strong communication and facilitation with business and technical audiences
- Ability to estimate and deliver tasks with minimal guidance
