Guidewire seeks a Senior Site Reliability Engineer skilled in automation and cloud operations for customer-facing work supporting reliable services. This senior engineer supports the Guidewire Cloud Platform and InsuranceSuite products. You will collaborate with customers, partners, product development, engineering, and support teams. The work includes microservices reliability, observability, incident management, and technical communication. Key Responsibilities:
Understand customer needs and address technical concerns Participate in design reviews and production readiness checks Analyze observability data to optimize operational metrics Automate maintenance across SaaS multi-tenant infrastructure Contribute code and ideas improving customer experiences Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field Experience with Bash, Python, and/or Go Knowledge of Linux, AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes/EKS Experience supporting Java, Apache, and Tomcat applications Comfort with customer communication and up to 25% travel Apply your reliability engineering, automation, and communication expertise to strengthen Guidewire customer-focused cloud operations.
