As a hands-on Senior AI Engineer, you will move prototypes into production across agent design, evaluation, APIs, and cloud deployment. Guidepoint’s applied AI platform combines conversational AI, retrieval, structured data, and proprietary knowledge assets. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and compliance stakeholders while shaping architecture as the product grows. Key Responsibilities:
Design multi-agent workflows with planning, delegation, and result synthesis Build Python APIs connecting agents to products and data Manage workflow state, memory, retries, and partial-failure recovery Define evaluations for accuracy, groundedness, policy adherence, and cost Deploy AI services using containers, Kubernetes, Azure, and Databricks Requirements:
8+ years software engineering experience, including 3+ years production AI Production experience designing and shipping agentic workflows Strong Python skills building APIs and backend services Cloud-native experience with containers, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and observability Experience with retrieval, vector databases, or large-scale search Apply senior Python, orchestration, evaluation, and cloud deployment expertise to Guidepoint’s production AI systems in Toronto.
