Global People Operations Assistant in Okotoks

Global People Operations Assistant with meticulous coordination skills supports employee onboarding, changes, exits, and executive workflows at GuestTek.

This administrative role works directly with HR Business Partners and the Executive Leadership Team. You will coordinate lifecycle processes, manage confidential information, and support SharePoint and Replicon approvals. No formal HR experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track onboarding, changes, and exits from start to finish
• Coordinate equipment, accounts, and building access with partner teams
• Schedule orientations, meetings, and new employee introductions
• Monitor executive approvals, timesheets, files, and shared folders
• Support events, anniversaries, surveys, and employee questions

Requirements:

• One to three years administrative or coordination experience
• Experience managing multiple people, teams, and competing priorities
• Microsoft 365 knowledge, including Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint
• Exceptional organization, follow-through, communication, and attention to detail
• Discretion with confidential information and willingness to learn systems
