Guardteck Security seeks reliable, professional guards for commercial towers, shopping centres, and multi-tenant properties. You will greet people, verify access, monitor CCTV, respond to alarms, and document incidents. Site assignments may include front desk, concierge, patrol, or access-control posts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet tenants, visitors, shoppers, and contractors professionally
- Control access through key cards, fobs, sign-ins, and passes
- Verify contractor identification, approvals, and work permits
- Conduct indoor and outdoor foot patrols and monitor CCTV
- Write clear incident reports and maintain detailed memo books
Requirements:
- Valid British Columbia Security Worker Licence
- Valid Occupational First Aid Level 1 certificate or willingness to obtain
- Legal entitlement to work in Canada
- Strong spoken and written English, including report writing
- Ability to stand, walk, and patrol during assigned shifts
