As Lead Recruiter, you will guide recruitment standards while carrying a personal portfolio of salaried and high-volume hiring needs. The player-coach mandate includes supporting recruiters, advising hiring leaders, and preparing staffing for client mobilizations. Your work spans sourcing, selection, onboarding, and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set recruiting priorities, quality standards, and team workload allocation
- Advise hiring managers on profiles, timelines, markets, and compensation
- Build pipelines through referrals, events, campuses, and community partnerships
- Coordinate screening, licensing verification, onboarding, and new-hire check-ins
- Track recruitment metrics and improve processes using workforce data
Requirements:
- Five or more years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Leadership experience as a team lead or senior recruiter
- Experience managing high concurrent requisition volumes without sacrificing quality
- Experience leading hiring events, career fairs, or campus programs
- Multi-province experience across British Columbia, Alberta, and Ontario is an asset
