Profile sought
- You hold a College Diploma (DEC) or Attestation of College Studies (AEC) in office administration or a related field.
- You have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, specifically within the construction industry.
- You are comfortable managing multiple files and competing priorities.
- You are recognized for your attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility.
- You have excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
- You are able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, in French.
Roles and responsabilities
- Support the estimator in the preparation of bids and proposals by gathering and organizing documentation.
- Assist project managers with site coordination, including permits, installations, rentals, and logistics.
- Prepare and follow up on invoicing and payment requests.
- Manage project documentation and ensure files remain complete and compliant.
- Handle change orders and shop drawing administration.
- Prepare project closeout documentation and contribute to meeting quality assurance requirements.
