Full time and part time positions support Nordik Spa Villages' mission of giving guests a moment's rest. You perform massage therapy services under established protocols while answering requests and recommending appropriate care. The work includes contributing suggestions that improve guest experiences and maintaining massage therapy rooms. Scheduling depends on available treatment rooms and the schedule offered by each therapist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform massage therapy treatments under established protocols
- Evaluate guests and recommend suitable care
- Answer inquiries and respond to customer requests
- Offer suggestions supporting continued guest experience improvements
- Keep massage therapy rooms clean and maintained
Requirements:
- 2200 training hours from an accredited massage therapy college
- Good-standing membership with MTAM, NHPC, or RMTSMB
- Professional malpractice and liability insurance
- Valid Class C CPR certification
- Basic computer skills and clear communication
