Reporting to the Marketing and Kiosk Coordinator, this seasonal position operates a temporary kiosk during the holiday period. You will identify customer needs, create sales opportunities, and support gift certificate purchases. The schedule may be full-time or part-time with variable days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Availability is required from late October through December 31, 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inform customers about Thermea Spa Village services and products
- Identify customer needs and create sales opportunities
- Assist with Thermea gift certificate sales and purchases
- Manage heavy customer traffic at the kiosk
- Open and close the temporary kiosk
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- One year of customer service experience
- Sales experience and POS system experience
- Strong aptitude in Microsoft Office applications
- Availability for variable holiday-period hours
