Establish maintenance priorities and strengthen maintenance planning Track indicators, analyze trends, and reduce equipment downtime Coordinate troubleshooting for complex equipment and operational issues Implement technical training and develop team competencies Ensure maintenance complies with safety and food manufacturing standards Requirements:
