Lead Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement functions Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and organizational scalability Drive initiatives delivering measurable operational and business results Develop performance measures, dashboards, and reporting Foster accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred Eight to ten years in Strategy, Transformation, or related disciplines Demonstrated success leading organizational change Experience working within matrixed organizations Strong business acumen and analytical thinking Bring operational excellence, continuous improvement, and performance management expertise to Grifols’ Canadian organization and strategic priorities.
