The position combines work-order diagnosis, apartment make-ready coordination, preventative maintenance, inspections, and resident communication. It also supports safety compliance, inventory control, budgeting, and expense management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and complete resident-requested maintenance work orders
