Grey Bruce Hospice is searching for an experienced Clinical Manager to provide clinical leadership and oversee operations at Chapman House. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical supervision and support to healthcare staff
- Ensure appropriate staffing and volunteer coverage
- Collaborate with physicians and community partners
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives
- Monitor and improve clinical documentation and care delivery
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- 10+ years of nursing experience in relevant fields
- 5+ years of management experience in healthcare
- Strong knowledge of clinical best practices and standards
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
