- Develop long-term energy savings and emissions reduction plans; review all outputs for accuracy and operational relevance before client delivery.
- Deliver plan review and coaching sessions with hotel property teams.
- Develop decision-ready business cases for priority retrofit projects: technology sizing, preliminary cost estimates, incentive identification, financial modelling, and ROI analysis for ownership and asset management audiences.
- Prepare and submit utility incentive program applications on behalf of clients; manage direct liaison with utility program contacts through to approval.
- Plan and facilitate training sessions for hotel operators covering energy benchmarking, retrofit opportunities, utility incentive programs, and decarbonization pathways.

- Support outreach and recruitment of new program participants in coordination with program partners.
- Manage day-to-day program delivery across active client engagements, tracking milestones and flagging risks early.
- Prepare and contribute to formal program reports for funders and partners, covering participation levels, project progress, energy savings, and GHG emissions reductions.
- Participate in regular program coordination meetings with funders, industry partners, and internal GreenStep team members.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, client records, and program data to support QA/QC review and reporting requirements.
- Coordinate across program partners to ensure consistent delivery standards and timely issue resolution.
