Drive partner relationships and health benefits growth as a hybrid Account Manager with GreenShield Administration across Canada.
This Account Manager develops, manages, and nurtures partner relationships within GreenShield Administration. You will manage contractual commitments, claims administration capabilities, revenue targets, and integrated sales opportunities. The work includes client solutions, service delivery, business development, and account planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop long-term relationships with third-party payors, TPAs, and advisors
- Monitor service level agreements and contractual requirements
- Manage issues, escalations, transitions, and client implementations
- Support renewals, amendments, proposals, and additional service sales
- Complete annual Account Management Plans for designated accounts
Requirements:
- Five years' experience as an Account Executive or Account Manager
- Experience with benefits administration and group insurance
- Success managing and growing a block of business
- Business, Commerce, or related post-secondary degree or diploma
- Ability to travel within Canada and valid driver's license
