As a Project Coordinator, you will oversee client projects across GIP Technical Solutions. You will work with Engineering and Operations teams in a technical services environment. The work includes budgets, schedules, reporting, procurement coordination, quality documentation, and client communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from quotation through execution, delivery, and turnover
- Prepare quotations, project documents, and client reports
- Coordinate procurement, field service, and production teams
- Monitor project budgets, schedules, billing, and reporting requirements
- Support quality reviews, compliance, and project close-out documentation
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Engineering Technology education or equivalent experience
- Five-plus years in hands-on, client-facing technical services
- Strong coordination skills with budgets, schedules, and documentation
- Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills
