Reporting to the Associate Director, Technology Delivery, this manager leads end-to-end technical delivery across digital products and customer journeys. The work supports airport operations and passenger experiences through design, build, integration, and readiness. You will partner with product teams, stakeholders, and vendors. Key Responsibilities:
Lead technical delivery across assigned digital product portfolios Translate requirements into actionable technical solutions Oversee integrations, deployments, and operational readiness Govern testing, quality assurance, and release readiness Lead Tier 2 incidents and root-cause analysis Requirements:
Five-plus years in technical delivery or similar roles Two-plus years managing technical teams or delivery functions Knowledge of enterprise systems, APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms Experience with Agile, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices Bachelor’s degree and Transportation Security Clearance eligibility Apply technical leadership, integration expertise, and delivery discipline to digital products transforming Toronto Pearson airport operations.
