Technical sales coordination meets commercial execution at Greatario, supporting engineered water and wastewater infrastructure projects across Canada. Work alongside a Regional Market Manager.
As Sales Coordinator, you will develop opportunities from inquiry through contract award and project handover. You will review drawings, specifications, and tender documents while coordinating solutions with estimating, engineering, operations, and customers. The work combines CRM management, proposal development, technical communication, and commercial follow-through.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate opportunities through proposals, contract awards, and project handovers
- Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents
- Coordinate quotations, technical proposals, and tender submissions
- Engage engineers, consultants, contractors, and customers
- Improve workflows, reporting, and document management
Requirements:
- Approximately three to five years of relevant experience
- Comfort working with technical information and drawings
- Strong organization across competing deadlines
- Microsoft Office proficiency and CRM experience beneficial
- Engineering technology or related education an asset
Build technical expertise and commercial judgment while coordinating Greatario infrastructure opportunities with customers and internal teams.
