Lead gaming compliance reviews and investigations across Great Canadian locations, using audit judgment and regulatory knowledge to support casino operations.
Reporting to the Director, Compliance, the Gaming Compliance Officer supports GTA properties including Casino Toronto, Pickering, Great Blue Heron, and Ajax Casino. The position reviews controls, documents findings, advises stakeholders, and supports mitigation planning. It also contributes to compliance communications and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct casino operations compliance audits and reviews
- Investigate incidents, document findings, and report results
- Review processes, reports, and internal control activities
- Conduct risk assessments and support mitigation plans
- Communicate with regulators, police agencies, and operational departments
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or relevant college diploma, or related experience
- Minimum one year of direct compliance experience
- Investigative and problem solving skills
- Ontario AML, gaming, and regulatory knowledge is an asset
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
