As a Senior Design Engineer, you will guide early-stage engineering and multidisciplinary concept development. You will lead a draftsperson and mechanical designer while developing practical, cost-effective solutions. The work supports operational needs, Graymont standards, project objectives, and applicable codes. Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and develop the design team Validate design criteria against project objectives and production targets Develop process flow diagrams, layouts, and equipment lists Prepare Class 5 cost estimates for design concepts Review vendor drawings and technical submittals Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering At least seven years of design engineering experience Professional Engineer licence or equivalent Advanced proficiency in CAD software and engineering tools International travel availability up to 25% annually Apply senior design engineering leadership, CAD expertise, and equipment knowledge to Graymont’s multidisciplinary projects.
