The Senior Manager of Information Technology provides strategic leadership, governance, and operational direction. You will oversee infrastructure, cloud services, digital workplace technologies, telecommunications, and support services. The position advises senior management on technology risks, investments, and decisions affecting government administration and critical services. Key Responsibilities:
Establish IT mandates, strategic plans, roadmaps, and service priorities Advise senior management on technology risks and investments Direct modernization, governance, architecture, and technology standards Oversee infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, networks, and Microsoft 365 Maintain service reliability, incident management, and continuous improvement Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience Eight to twelve years of progressive information technology experience Significant management experience leading multidisciplinary technology teams Advanced enterprise technology, cybersecurity, cloud, and governance knowledge Fluency in English; Cree and French are assets Bring strategic technology leadership, cybersecurity expertise, and governance capability to Cree Nation Government’s enterprise services.
