About The Team Hiring

The Technical Services team assists clients in adopting and maximizing the value of their acquired software solutions. Through training, consulting, and post-sales support, the team ensures successful implementation and continuous improvement. It closely collaborates with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to provide a seamless customer experience and foster solution excellence.

The Implementation Consultant is a client-oriented role focused on providing training, mentoring, and technical support to ensure successful adoption of software solutions. This role contributes to client satisfaction and retention, as well as optimizing solutions through expert guidance, content creation, and close collaboration with internal teams.

Key Expected Outcomes

• Consulting & Training Delivery: Provide project-based support and tailored training to accelerate client adoption and maximize satisfaction.
• Post-Sales Technical Support: Effectively resolve technical issues to ensure solution stability and client trust.
• Content Creation & Knowledge Sharing: Produce quality documentation, articles, and videos to empower clients and enhance brand positioning.
• Pre-Sales Engagement: Demonstrate the value of solutions and technical expertise during product demonstrations and client meetings.
• Continuous Learning & Certifications: Maintain and develop certifications to ensure technical credibility and competitive advantage.
• Communication: Communicate clearly and persuasively with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and trust.
• Collaboration: Foster teamwork and accelerate delivery through knowledge sharing and effective coordination.
• Business Acumen: Align technical decisions with business priorities to support profitability and strategic growth.
• Time & Project Management: Ensure effective execution, optimal resource use, and client satisfaction while meeting deadlines and profitability.
• AI Enablement: Assist clients and teams in using AI to enhance efficiency and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Proven experience as an Implementation Consultant, BIM Consultant, or Technical Consultant in the AECO/BIM sector.
• Hands-on experience in training, consulting, and post-sales support of software solutions.
• Operational mastery of Autodesk Revit in real project environments.
• Experience in guiding clients for the adoption and optimization of solutions.
• Exposure to pre-sales activities (product demonstrations, technical presentations) is a plus.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of BIM methodologies, workflows, and standards.
• Excellent mastery of Revit (mandatory).
• Knowledge in MEP (HVAC, electricity, plumbing) is highly appreciated.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a strong client orientation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Degree in engineering, architecture, or related field preferred.
• Autodesk or BIM certifications appreciated.

Additional Information

• Target variable compensation: 10%
• Minimum annual On Target Earning: 75,000 CAD
• Maximum annual On Target Earning: 95,000 CAD
